During the inspection, the buyer conducts random inspection on the products packed by the equipment. The quality
requirements are as follows:
1. Test acceptance of the packaged product specifications: The standard of the finished product: Wrong side ≤ 5mm, seal hot and flat, not fake seal,
no burns. Our stringent quality control ensures precision and excellence with every package.
2. Guaranteed production speed: 15 packs/min; delays due to insufficient front flow line are not counted. Witness the power of efficiency with our machine's remarkable speed.
3. Guaranteed production efficiency: ≥85%. Test production time: 24 hours. Insufficient front flow line causes the packing machine to shut down or standby
time is not counted. During the test period, counting the product to be tested, unaccepted products are counted to calculate the yield after the production test. Our commitment to productivity means achieving high efficiency, ensuring superior output.
4. Guaranteed yield: ≥97%. Unaccepted products are not counted because of the product size exceeding the allowable range error, the front bag hasn't been installed,
and the buyer staff incorrectly operates the equipment. Benefit from an impressive yield rate, reflecting our dedication to quality and precision.
3.5 The seller is required to be onsite and ensure the packing machine is properly connected to the conveyor line. If any issue arises, the seller is fully responsible and must
