During the inspection, the buyer performs a thorough random inspection of the products packed by the equipment, ensuring quality

1. Product specification acceptance test: Finished product standards include a maximum misalignment of 5mm, heat seals that are smooth and flat, and absolutely no false seals or burn marks.
2. Assured production speed: Capable of maintaining a consistent 15 packs per minute; delays due to insufficient inflow are not considered.
3. Guaranteed production efficiency: Achieve a high-efficiency rate of ≥85%. The testing period spans 24 hours, and any downtime due to upstream line inadequacies are excluded from this measure. This ensures the packing machine operates optimally without unnecessary interruptions.
During the testing phase, all products are meticulously counted and categorized. Any unaccepted products are counted to accurately determine yield following the production test, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
4. Assured yield: An impressive ≥97% yield is guaranteed, with unaccepted products excluded if they fall outside acceptable size error ranges, if front bag installation is incomplete, or if operational errors by buyer staff occur.
3.5 The seller must ensure that the packing machine is seamlessly integrated with the conveyor line at the factory site. In case of any issues, the seller is fully accountable and will work diligently to resolve and restore normal operation promptly, even working overtime if necessary.
