During the inspection, the buyer conducts random inspection on the products packed by the equipment. The quality
requirements as the following:
1. Test acceptance of the packaged product specifications: the standard of the finished product: Wrong side s 5mm, seal hot and flat, not fake seal,
no burns. Our rigorous testing ensures every package meets standards with a maximum 5mm deviation, perfectly sealed and free from errors.
2. Guaranteed production speed: 15 packs/min; due to insufficient front flow line are not counted. We guarantee an impressive production speed of 15 packs per minute, ensuring efficiency while adjusting for any front flow line issues.
3. Guaranteed production efficiency: ≥85%. Test production time: 24 hours. Insufficient front flow line causes the packing machine to shut down or standby
time is not counted. During the test period, counting the product to be tested, unaccepted products are counted to calculate the yield after the production test. Our operations promise a remarkable production efficiency of ≥85% over a 24-hour test period, with adjustments made for any temporary front flow line interruptions.
4. Guaranteed yield: ≥97%. Unaccepted products are not counted because of the product size exceeds error of the allowable range, the front bag hasn't been installed,
and the buyer staff incorrectly operates the equipment. Achieve exceptional yields of ≥97%, with clear criteria ensuring optimal output unaffected by installation or operational errors.
3.5 The seller needed to factory site and make sure packing machine had been connected to the conveyor line. If there is any problem, the seller is fully responsible and need
to work overtime adjust it normal operation in the shortest time. We pledge to ensure seamless integration of the packing machine with your conveyor line, with immediate resolution of issues to maintain operations with minimal downtime.
